- Provide of spinach.

- Heat 1 tsp oil..
- Add 1/4 chana dal..
- Roast chana dal and add 1tsp mustard seeds saute it..
- Add 1 cup semolina..
- Saute all the ingreidents for 4 minutes..
- Add one cup oatmeal..
- Continue to roast all ingredients..
- Transfer the roasted semolina, oats to a bowl.Add 1 cup milk or curd..
